Basic knowledge of:

• •Microsoft Intune
• •Ability to understand the configuration and management of endpoint devices, policies and compliance settings within Microsoft Intune environments.

• •Entra ID
• •Ability to manage user and devices identities, assist with access management and support authentication processes.

• •PowerShell
• •Ability to use and adapt PowerShell scripts

• •Networking fundamentals
• •Ability to understand basic networking concepts and support troubleshooting of connectivity and VPN related issues.

Support experience in Windows (optional iOS & MacOS) and hardware environment topics (First Level experience is welcome)

• •Windows Hello for Business (WHfB)
• •Ability to assist with configuration and troubleshooting of secure authentication solutions such as Windows Hello for Business.

• •VPN
• •Ability to support VPN configurations and resolve connectivity issues for end users.

• •BitLocker
• •Ability to support and troubleshooting BitLocker encryption in enterprise environments.

• •BIOS
• •Ability to configure, verify and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware settings on corporate devices.

• •Updates and drivers
• •Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows updates and device driver related issues.

• •Root Cause Analysis (e.g., logs, Event Viewer, registry)
• •Ability to analyze system logs and use troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and registry for issue investigation.

Workload Distribution

• •80% - Handling support tickets within the EDM (Endpoint Device Management) environment
• •20% - Working on additional areas such as:
• •Infrastructure topics (configurations, policies, security)
• •Application management (including scripting)
• •Other technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
