What We’re Looking For in Direct Support Professionals / Special Needs Caregivers:

1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

High school diploma or equivalent (18+)

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations

Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities

Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional / Special Needs Caregiver:

Provide support with daily routines and personal care

Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
