This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant Director, Quebec Student Loans (Bilingual) based in Canada.

• This role plays a key part in managing and delivering critical operations related to Quebec student loans.
• You will help ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, service requests, and administrative activities in line with established service standards.
• The position involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, complex cases, and escalations.
• You will combine operational expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• The role also provides opportunities to support strategic initiatives, process changes, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
• Strong attention to risk management, regulatory requirements, documentation, and operational integrity will be essential.
• The position is primarily remote within Quebec, with an expected presence at the Montreal office twice per month.
