This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Operations, Risk & Complexity based in Canada.

• This senior leadership role oversees a broad client operations ecosystem, with accountability for operational excellence, service resilience, risk management, and complex client issue resolution.
• You will lead teams responsible for day-to-day service delivery while strengthening controls, workforce effectiveness, and operational performance.
• The role combines operational leadership with digital transformation, data-driven improvement, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
• You will work across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Wealth Operations, and other enterprise partners to resolve complex issues and strengthen organizational resilience.
• You will also translate approved modernization initiatives into practical operating models, training, controls, capacity plans, and sustainable frontline adoption.
• Success requires strong executive presence, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to balance client outcomes, regulatory obligations, operational feasibility, and risk.
