LOCATION: Katy, Texas

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for driving profitable growth across Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify and future digital commerce channels. This role is heavily focused on execution, marketplace optimization, advertising performance, brand building, content strategy, promotional planning, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead marketplace growth across Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace and Shopify.
• •Own conversion rate optimization, Buy Box performance, advertising efficiency, listing quality and catalog expansion.
• •Develop and execute advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Promoted Listings and other channels.
• •Lead content strategy including A+ Content, Brand Stores, images, video and customer-facing messaging.
• •Build annual promotional calendars and campaigns around Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons and category-specific opportunities.
• •Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to identify growth opportunities.
• •Develop marketing plans and campaigns based on marketplace trends, consumer behavior and competitive insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •7+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or performance marketing.
• •Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
• •Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay and Shopify.
• •Demonstrated success scaling revenue through marketplace optimization and advertising.
• •Strong experience building brands and executing content strategies.
• •Advanced Excel, analytics and reporting capabilities.
