Director, Client Journey, Growth & Modernization

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Journey, Growth & Modernization based in Canada.

• This senior leadership role owns the end-to-end client journey and growth outcomes for a digital investing business.
• You will shape how clients acquire, onboard, engage, receive service, and deepen their relationships through seamless digital experiences.
• The role combines client journey transformation, modernization, digital and AI enablement, process simplification, and organizational readiness.
• You will align Product, UX/CX, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Data & Analytics, Risk, and other enterprise teams around measurable outcomes.
• You will also lead client care, trading and support, and digital advice capabilities while influencing the teams responsible for delivery platforms.
• Success requires balancing strategic vision with disciplined portfolio execution, investment prioritization, benefit realization, and strong people leadership.
