Compliance & Risk
Ensure M365 configuration, retention, and archiving practices satisfy regulatory recordkeeping requirements, in partnership with Compliance and Legal.
Ensure Azure infrastructure configuration, access controls, and change management practices satisfy regulatory obligations.

Azure Engineering: Set architectural direction and engineering standards for Azure infrastructure (compute, networking, identity, storage); oversee platform reliability, patch management strategy, capacity planning and cost management.
Azure DevOps: Set engineering standards for CI/CD pipeline design, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release orchestration, and deployment strategies; drive standardization and reuse of pipeline and IaC templates across engineering teams.

Demonstrated experience defining and enforcing separation-of-duties between build/delivery functions and production operations.
Strong track record of building and leading technical teams across multiple disciplines, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
