Your mission

UiPath is seeking an exceptional Director of Customer Success to lead and scale our customer success operations across telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail and consumer goods. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations.

As a Director of Customer Success, you will own portfolio performance, proactively reduce systematic risk end-to-end, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes for our most strategic government customers. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across delivery while modeling leadership presence and culture that demonstrates extreme ownership and execution.

What you'll do at UiPath

Portfolio & Performance Leadership

Own and drive portfolio-level performance metrics including renewals, expansion, adoption, and customer health

Proactively identify and reduce systematic risk across the customer lifecycle

Operate with data-driven rigor using forecasting, probabilities, and path-to-plan analysis

Tie customer adoption directly to measurable revenue impact and business outcomes

Strategic Partnership

Serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams

Build and maintain established cross-functional influence across the organization

Collaborate on deal construction and commercial activity

Drive alignment between customer success strategies and broader GTM initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

Build and scale high-performing Customer Success teams

Provide strong interpersonal coaching and mentorship to team members

Model unwavering accountability and ownership culture

Establish and communicate "what good looks like" across the organization

Champion customer- and team-oriented culture

Operational Excellence

Drive operational rigor and discipline across service delivery

Establish and maintain key operational standards for the business

Transform individual execution into broader packaged plays and new standards

Ensure consistent and articulate communication across all stakeholders

What you'll bring to the team

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience with formal people management and team leadership

Must be authorized to work in the US for this role

Proven track record in broad portfolio impact including renewals, saves, and adoption metrics

Experience with deal construction and commercial activity

Established cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and GTM organizations

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentorship skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with tenacious execution capabilities

Articulate and consistent communication style

Customer- and team-oriented approach with ability to champion culture

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep exposure to telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail & consumer goods business landscapes

Understanding and usage of key industry solutions embedded in GTM strategy

Established relationships across marquee accounts

Examples of transforming individual execution into broader packaged plays or new organizational standards

Demonstrated ability to identify and establish operational excellence benchmarks

Experience operating in complex, highly technical renewal deal cycles

Success in This Role

Top-performing Directors of Customer Success, demonstrates portfolio-level outcomes through proactive risk management and data-driven decision making. They operate confidently in the "math" of forecasting and planning while maintaining deep customer relationships. They bring unique qualifications through their leadership approach, strength in Sales partnership, cross-functional influence, and expertise in business processes, solutioning, and strategic advisory credibility.

Successful candidates will be able to articulate their top 3-5 immediate priorities, identify the biggest risks or gaps in the current state, and outline a clear 30/60/90-day execution plan to drive team alignment and portfolio priorities.
