Director, Data and Platform

• This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for shaping data architecture, platform infrastructure, and DevOps for a high-leverage AI engineering team.
• You will own the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through extracts, reporting, and stakeholder-facing analytics.
• The role combines architecture, software development, infrastructure, and people leadership, with direct reports from the start.
• You will establish technical standards while personally building and shipping production-grade systems.
• Working closely with AI engineering, product, research, and business leaders, you will align technical investments with strategic priorities.
