Director Fit-out (m/w/d) Project & Development Services

• •Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Aus- und Umbauprojekte, insbesondere Mieterausbauten mit Fokus auf moderne Arbeitswelten
• •Ganzheitliche Projektverantwortung über alle Leistungsphasen hinweg – von der ersten Konzeptidee bis zur Übergabe an den Nutzer
• •Akquisition von Projekten aus dem bestehenden JLL-Netzwerk sowie durch eigene Marktaktivitäten, in enger Abstimmung mit der Leitung Project & Development Services Region West
• •Beratung von überwiegend internationalen Kunden zu technischen, gebäudestrukturellen und genehmigungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• •Unterstützung der Kunden bei Entscheidungen zu Ausstattung, Workplace-Konzepten, Prozessen und technischem Equipment
• •Steuerung und Koordination externer Projektbeteiligter (Architekten, Fachplaner, ausführende Unternehmen)
• •Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sowie aktives Risikomanagement
• •Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Standards und Tools im Fit-out-Projektmanagement

Für diese Position suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Projektmanagement- und Führungskompetenz:

• •Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Fit-out-, Ausbau- oder Innenausbauprojekte, idealerweise im Büro- oder Gewerbeimmobilienumfeld
• •Fähigkeit, Projekte ganzheitlich zu strukturieren, zu steuern und erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen
• •Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Teams aufzubauen, weiterzuentwickeln und zu motivieren
• •Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement in Bau- und Ausbauprojekten
• •Sicheres Auftreten in der Kundenberatung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
• •Kompetenz im Umgang mit technischen, baulichen und genehmigungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• •Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an Akquise, Netzwerkpflege und Marktentwicklung
• •Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
• •Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
