Director, Membership Growth & Engagement

• This senior leadership role owns the strategy and performance of professional membership across the full member lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through engagement, renewal, and retention.
• You will translate member insights, market trends, and analytics into measurable growth strategies and compelling membership value propositions.
• The role combines strategic planning, lifecycle marketing, data analysis, technology enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will lead a two-person membership team while partnering closely with marketing, education, advocacy, events, field teams, and other stakeholders.
• Success will be measured through membership growth, retention, engagement, and dues revenue, supported by clear KPIs and disciplined execution.
• The position offers an opportunity to modernize membership programs, develop new growth channels, and strengthen professional engagement within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
• The role is remote, with travel of up to 10% for major meetings and selected professional conferences.
