Director of Creator Partnerships

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues . We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

The Director of Creator Partnerships will build and lead Stand Together’s creator ecosystem within the Media Partnerships portfolio, developing a network of creators, influencers, storytellers, and cultural voices who can authentically advance our mission through film and media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and execution, overseeing creator partnerships from identification and onboarding through campaign execution, performance measurement, and long-term engagement.

This person will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including production companies and agencies, to identify the right creators for each campaign, shape how those partnerships come to life, and build a repeatable approach to creator engagement over time. This is an ideal for someone who understands the creator ecosystem and is excited to execute creator-led campaigns in alignment with Stand Together's strategic objectives and build in a new and evolving space.
