Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence

• You will establish trusted data foundations that help leaders and operational teams make better, faster decisions.
• The role spans aviation operations, MRO, engineering, supply chain, finance, safety, quality, HR, commercial programs, and executive management.
• You will lead the evolution of enterprise data platforms, with a strong focus on data quality, integration, security, and scalable BI.
• You will also guide advanced analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring they are governed, measurable, and aligned with operational needs.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will build capabilities, develop talent, and drive enterprise adoption.
