The Director, Patient Care Services - Acute Care is responsible for the coordination of the delivery of high-quality services which meets or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinates the development, marketing, and strategic planning of new and existing services across multiple hospitals. Contributes to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and divisional goals. Sets the vision and culture, builds ownership and process improvement for sustainable value-added services. Provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire. This role will have oversite of Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac Telemetry, Telemetry Suites.

Education and Experience

• •Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
• •Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• •5 years Healthcare Leadership (Required)
• •5 years Clinical Leadership (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• •Active RN license in state of practice or compact/multi state license (Required)
• •Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• •Leading strategic and operational planning for assigned service lines, ensuring alignment with system and hospital goals.
• •Coordinating the development and implementation of new and existing services across the assigned departments and service lines.
• •Setting vision and culture, building ownership, and driving sustainable process improvements.
• •Providing leadership in fiscal management, resource allocation, and compliance with corporate and human resource policies.
• •Maintaining accountability for performance outcomes related to patient safety, experience, team member engagement, and financial stewardship.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
