Director of Operational Efficiency

• This role will lead a portfolio of operational improvement initiatives designed to make retirement plan administration more accurate, scalable, and efficient.
• You will identify operational pain points and translate them into technology, process, and system improvements with measurable business impact.
• The position combines deep retirement plan administration expertise with hands-on transformation, project management, and technology adoption.
• You will lead system migrations, improve data quality, introduce automation, and drive adoption of new tools across diverse operational teams.
• Working closely with Administration, Product, Technology, Transformation, and CRM teams, you will help shape a roadmap for continuous improvement.
• The role offers significant ownership over how processes evolve and how technology is embedded into day-to-day operations.
