As we expand our platform and invest in AI, design plays a critical role in shaping how automated work is reviewed and integrated into daily operations . Reporting to the SVP of Product, the Director of Product Design will lead our design team and collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and accounting experts . In this hands-on leadership role, you will set direction, coach the team, and personally design our most important and ambiguous experiences .
