Director of Product, Subscriber Value

• This is a director-level individual contributor role responsible for shaping the strategy that delivers meaningful value to subscribers while accelerating subscription growth.
• You will own membership portfolio architecture, pricing, packaging, freemium features, and premium partner offerings across a large-scale consumer product.
• The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across engineering, design, analytics, machine learning, finance, and business development.
• You will identify opportunities to increase subscriber satisfaction, revenue per membership, and the long-term value of paid memberships.
• You will lead experimentation and use data, AI, and rapid validation to turn customer insights into measurable product outcomes.
• As a senior product leader, you will influence executive-level decisions and establish the direction for one of the organization’s highest-leverage product areas.
• This is an AI-native environment where modern tooling is embedded into research, analysis, prototyping, financial modeling, experimentation, and product delivery.
