• As Director, P&T Operations - Incident Management & Risk, you will shape the operating mechanisms that enable Product and Technology teams to respond effectively to incidents and manage technology risk.
• You will bring consistency to incident management, vulnerability operations, risk visibility, and executive reporting across a complex technology organization.
• Working closely with Engineering, Security, Product, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership, you will connect information and action across organizational boundaries.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational improvement, requiring strong judgment and the ability to turn ambiguity into practical systems.
• You will establish standards, metrics, reporting, and accountability mechanisms that help teams identify issues early and drive meaningful remediation.
• You will also prepare leaders with clear insights into material risks, trends, trade-offs, and decisions requiring intervention.
