Director, Paid Search

The Role

We’re looking for a Director to join the rapidly expanding team that is the backbone of our company. You’ll directly manage a team of paid search experts that run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your complex portfolio of clients will be fast-paced and high-growth clients that constantly challenge you, and with extensive experience and/or a proven track record, you could be working with some of our most complex and fastest-growing brands. You’ll be trusted to oversee a growing portfolio of business, collaborate with other paid search directors to keep the paid search department running smoothly, and provide thought leadership to keep Wpromote Paid Search at the forefront.

• The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $130,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
• This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
