ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a People Experience (PX) Director to partner directly with our Digital organizations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting global leaders in shaping workforce strategies, driving transformation, and strengthening colleague engagement. You’ll act as a trusted partner, navigating both strategic priorities and everyday people needs across a highly critical enterprise function.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Digital leaders to deliver practical, business-focused PX solutions.

Support key priorities: cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational change.

Build leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching and targeted development.

Lead engagement and cultural initiatives to support a high-performing, connected workforce.

Drive talent planning, succession management, and career development discussions.

Apply workforce analytics and data insights to inform strategies and decisions.

Use AI and digital tools to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.

Interfacing with regional and local PX to deliver business strategy through market-compliant, globally coordinated efforts.

Collaborate with PX Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute enterprise people programs.

Manage day-to-day organizational matters, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Serve as an employee experience advocate while balancing operational business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BS/BA required; advanced degree a plus.

15+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations (pharmaceutical or related industries preferred).

Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Comfortable using data, AI, and digital solutions to shape people strategies.

Track record of navigating change and driving organizational transformation.

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.

Talent planning, manager coaching, and employee engagement expertise.

Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
