Director, Product Management (PrintOps)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management (PrintOps) based in the United States.

• This is a senior product leadership role focused on evolving an established, complex product while expanding its reach into new markets.
• You will take ownership of understanding how the product works today, including its history, customer workarounds, technical dependencies, and areas of hidden complexity.
• The role combines customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap ownership, technical collaboration, and cross-functional communication.
• You will work directly with enterprise customers to distinguish valuable market signals from individual requests and translate those insights into clear product decisions.
• Partnering closely with Engineering, you will turn product direction into actionable work that can be built, tested, and delivered effectively.
• You will also help the organization enter two new markets while protecting the reliability and trust established with its existing customer base.
• This is a hands-on, autonomous opportunity for a product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, creating clarity, and making informed decisions in an evolving environment.
