Director, Product Platform

Lead the platform strategy behind a market-leading SaaS portfolio

Enablon is looking for a Director, Product Platform to define and lead the strategy for the shared platform capabilities that power our solutions globally.

In this role, you will oversee the product direction for APIs, integrations, identity, data, and emerging AI-enabled platform services. You will lead a team of Product Managers, work closely with Engineering and Architecture leadership, and ensure platform investments support both current business priorities and future product evolution.

This position is suited to an experienced product leader who has successfully built and scaled platform products in complex SaaS environments and understands how to balance long-term platform strategy with measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

Define and execute platform strategy

• •Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enablon's platform capabilities, including APIs, integrations, identity, data services, and AI-enabled platform components.
• •Establish the platform foundations required to support product growth, innovation, scalability, and interoperability across the portfolio.
• •Drive platform priorities that align technology investments with business and customer needs.

Lead a high-performing product organization

• •Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for core platform domains.
• •Create alignment across platform and product teams, ensuring consistent planning, prioritization, and execution.
• •Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partner across Product and Technology

• •Serve as the primary product counterpart to Platform Engineering and Architecture leadership.
• •Guide critical product decisions related to platform capabilities, standards, APIs, data models, and integration strategies.
• •Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and business leadership.

Drive platform excellence at scale

• •Promote reusable services and common standards that reduce duplication and accelerate delivery across teams.
• •Establish clear governance and prioritization frameworks for platform investments.
• •Monitor platform performance and adoption through meaningful metrics and data-driven decision making.

What you bring

You have extensive experience leading platform products and product teams within enterprise SaaS organizations. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and are comfortable influencing decisions across multiple disciplines and leadership levels.

Required experience

• •Significant leadership experience in Product Management, preferably within enterprise SaaS environments.
• •Proven success defining and scaling platform products supporting multiple applications, business domains, or customer solutions.
• •Deep understanding of:
• •APIs and API ecosystems
• •Integration platforms
• •Identity and Access Management
• •Data platforms and data services
• •Event-driven and distributed architectures

• •Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture leaders to deliver complex product initiatives.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead managers and senior product professionals in a matrixed organization.

• •Experience within EHS, Risk Management, Sustainability, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or related enterprise software markets.
