Director, Talent Acquisition Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition Commercial based in the United States.

This is a strategic, hands-on talent acquisition leadership role focused on building and scaling the recruiting strategy for a first commercial organization. You will partner closely with senior Commercial leaders to shape workforce planning, hiring priorities, talent pipelines, and launch-readiness initiatives. The role combines strategic workforce planning with full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Training, and other commercial functions. You will help establish scalable recruiting practices while ensuring strong execution, candidate experience, and alignment with business priorities. The position offers the opportunity to influence recruiting processes, analytics, systems, and external talent partnerships within a fast-moving and resource-conscious environment. You will also lead and support Talent Acquisition team members or contractors while managing complex and business-critical searches. This is a remote position with in-office participation and travel as needed.
