• This role leads financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers across a diverse range of middle-market transactions.
• You’ll take ownership of the analytical work, client relationship, engagement strategy, and quality of deliverables from kickoff through completion.
• The position combines deep transaction expertise with direct exposure to sophisticated deal teams and high-stakes investment decisions.
• You’ll lead quality of earnings, working capital, debt, debt-like items, and cash flow analyses, translating complex financial information into commercially relevant conclusions.
• Beyond individual engagements, you’ll develop junior talent, contribute to recruiting and business development, and help strengthen methodologies and intellectual capital across the practice.
