We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to shape our organizational strategy , set the company-wide people strategy, lead the HR function, and help shape the culture of our organization. This key member of the executive leadersh ip team is respons ible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support our mission, values, growth, and business goals. This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including employee engagement, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on start up leadership experience across Canada & the US to drive a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.

We are open to hiring at either the Director or Vice President level. The final title will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, leadership scope, and demonstrated ability to build and scale a high- performing People function.
