Dispatch Operator

Job Description Summary

Responsible for selecting, checking, and preparing plants for dispatch in accordance with shipment criteria, FIFO procedures, and delivery schedules.

Job Description

• •Select plants according to established shipment criteria.
• •Ensure selected plants follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.
• •Check and ensure plants are free from pests and meet required quality standards.
• •Perform plant sorting and preparation for shipment.
• •Ensure dispatch activities are carried out according to the established schedule and rotation.
• •Monitor shipment targets and support loading and unloading activities as required.

Job Requirements

• •Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• •Experience in plant production, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations is an advantage.
• •Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• •Able to follow work procedures and schedules.
• •Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and plant handling activities.
• •Able to work independently and as part of a team.
