Dispatcher

Function:

The dispatcher is in charge of working with the situations that arise with the drivers during the loading in the system, ensuring that the loading is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the driver in the processing of orders with the loading systems.

- Provide support with expired certifications

- Manage the "troubleshooting" in the charging system

- Management and filing of loading and unloading documents (including exports and pump backs)

- Modifications of orders in the EPuma system

- Execution of manual orders in the loading system

- Reconciliation of seals (Wholesale customers)

- Execution of reports of the cargo system (TMS) VS Sales force for inventory tables of meters and invoices.

- Security (providing security talks, making reports or unsafe acts, among others)

- Manual execution of tasks for lifting propane

- Manual execution of tasks for lifts in corco

- Data processing in TMS Lite

- Reconciliation of Summary of tax Exempt Report / ISO Tracking Report - Gasoline and ULSD

- Eliminate unloaded orders from the loading system.
