Distribution Administrator

The Opportunity

We're looking for an organised and customer focused Distribution Administrator to join our Christchurch distribution centre. This role plays an important part in keeping customer orders moving efficiently and ensuring our distribution team can meet delivery commitments.

Your work across order and credit processing, freight coordination, inventory and supplier administration, while building strong relationships with authorised dealers, freight partners and internal teams. You'll also help identify practical ways to improve service, accuracy and efficiency across our supply chain.

Location: Christchurch Distribution Centre

Hours : 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.

What we’re looking for

• •3+ years’ experience in a logistics, warehousing or inventory administration environment.
• •Experience managing customer orders and inventory ; Warehouse Management System experience is preferred.
• •Strong administration skills and intermediate capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• •Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• •Strong customer service and communication skills , with confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders.
• •Highly organised , with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• •Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a genuine focus on continuous improvement.
• •A strong commitment to safe working practises .
• •Trade or tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
