About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated DC Associate to join our Auckland Distribution Centre team. You will work closely with the DC Manager and Supervisor to support a wide range of warehouse operations, including dispatch, inventory management, inwards good processing, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Employment Status : Permanent Full-time

Days of work : Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm)

Minimum Hours : 40 hours per week

Location : Wiri, Auckland

Hourly Rate : $25.00

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer, production, and export orders accurately and on time.

Process inventory and warehouse transactions accurately, ensuring system records match physical stock.

Receive, unload, check, and receipting incoming stock in accordance with company procedures and biosecurity requirements.

Maintain accurate stock locations through effective shelving, storage, and inventory control practices.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.

Conduct cycle counts and support inventory management activities to achieve high stock accuracy standards.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and support operational goals.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while actively contributing to health and safety.

Demonstrate company values through positive communication, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

What we're looking for

Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience is ideal

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Be flexible, reliable and have good time management

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely including lifting

Team player with strong communication skills
