- Train, guide and support unit-level safety coordinators / employees
- Ensuring all SOPs are implemented and basic disaster preparedness standards are followed
- Conducting regular trainings and awareness sessions across units
- Supporting risk assessment activities and ensuring closure of identified gaps
- Maintaining proper documentation – training reports, audit reports, and visit reports
- Promoting safety culture and good behaviour practices across all stakeholders
- Coordinating with other departments and units for preparedness activities and support
- Age: 23–35 yrs (flexible)
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Safety / Disaster Management / related field
- Experience: 2–3 years (training / safety preferred)
- Skills: Good communication, Excel & PowerPoint, Coordination and reporting skills, Willingness to travel
- Travel: 8–10 days/month
