This position reports to:
Service Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company’s/project’s procedures. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues.
- You will be mainly accountable for:
- Create technical documentation (MOPs, FPs, etc) for use by FSTs related to Critical Power Products
- Assist with documentation across different service functions
- Support harmonization of documentation format globally
- Issue communication on any product change affecting install base
- Manage ISO folder and document ID issuing
- Manages documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system.
- Sets up the documentation management system and document controls process in conjunction with the project team.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years’ experience in a service or manufacturing environment OR Associates Degree in electrical technology with 3+ years’ experience in service or manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military experience (5+ years) in service or manufacturing environment
- Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization.
- Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products.
- Moderate ability to Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.
- Advanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results.
