Doktorand\*in (m/w/d)

Am Lehrstuhl für Physikalische Chemie I der RUB werden die physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften von Atomen und Molekülen auf Metalloberflächen erforscht. Die Messungen werden mit oberflächensensitiven Methoden im Ultrahochvakuum durchgeführt.

  • Umfang: Teilzeit
  • Dauer: befristet, 3 Jahre
  • Beginn: zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Untersuchung der Solvatisierung auf Oberflächen mittels Rastertunnelmikroskopie
  • Weiterentwicklung und Unterhaltung von Forschungsapparaturen
  • Mitarbeit in Forschungs- und Publikationsprojekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) in Physics or Chemistry
  • Erfahrung in Rastertunnel- und Rasterkraftmikroskopie, Rasterlelektronenmikroskopie
  • Ultrahochvakuumtechnik und Umgang mit kalten Gasen von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende experimentelle Fähigkeiten
  • Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation
