PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a drainage engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs
• •Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods etc.
• •Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations
• •Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

EXPERIENCE:

• •Previous drainage experience
• •Full UK Driving Licence
• •Customer-Facing Experience
• •Drainage tanker experience (desirable)

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

• •Excellent customer service and communication
• •Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site
• •Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• •Plumbing knowledge (desirable)
