• **Salary:** $48,000 – $52,000 (DOE)
• **Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Driver Manager / Transportation Administrator to lead and support our team of professional drivers. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while building strong, respectful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and support to drivers.

Coach and mentor drivers with a focus on safety and compliance.

Monitor performance, routes, and on-time delivery.

Manage scheduling, paperwork, and DOT requirements.

Collaborate with operations to maximize route efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of logistics, dispatch, fleet, or related experience (straight truck and tractor-trailer preferred).

Knowledge of tracking/logging systems (Samsara preferred).

Experience with route dispatching and delivery performance metrics.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and basic computer systems.

Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
