E-Commerce Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Commerce Recruiter based in Mexico.

• This role is an opportunity to recruit high-quality talent for fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and digital businesses.
• You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, coordination, and offer closure.
• The position requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and the diverse talent needed across commercial, marketing, operations, product, technology, and customer experience functions.
• You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop targeted sourcing strategies and deliver business-aligned hiring outcomes.
• The environment is fast-paced and remote, with significant autonomy and responsibility across multiple requisitions and talent pipelines.
• Success in this role comes from combining strong recruiting expertise with commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify exceptional candidates.
• The position is full-time and aligned with U.S. business hours, with required overlap during Pacific Standard Time.
