Das Team Mechanische Entwicklung konstruiert die Antriebe, Strukturbauteile und Peripherie unserer Roboter. Von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigungsgerechten Zeichnung entstehen hier leichte, präzise und großserientaugliche Komponenten.

Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Du verantwortest die Auswahl, Spezifikation und Integration elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten – von Sensorik über Steckverbinder bis zur Leistungselektronik.

Spezifikation und Auswahl von E/E-Komponenten (Sensoren, Steckverbinder, Motoren, Bremsen, Encoder)

Erstellung von Komponenten-Lastenheften und Qualifikationsplänen

Bewertung von Lieferanten und Mustern gemeinsam mit Einkauf und SQE

Integration der Komponenten in Bauraum, Bordnetz und Fertigungskonzept

Betreuung von Komponententests und Freigaben

Dein Profil

Studium Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung in Auswahl und Qualifikation von E/E-Komponenten

Kenntnisse in Komponententests, Umweltprüfungen und Zuverlässigkeit

Erfahrung in Lieferantenkommunikation von Vorteil

Sorgfältige, dokumentationsstarke Arbeitsweise
