About Tribe AI

At Tribe, we're on a mission to help enterprises rearchitect their business with AI. Today, every large enterprise wants to transform its business with AI, but they often lack the capabilities to do so. At Tribe, this gap is our opportunity.

Tribe is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build best-in-class AI products that matter for their business.

About the Role

The Co-Founder & CEO needs a true right hand - someone who can own the NY office, manage her world with precision, and grow into broader organizational responsibility as the company scales.

You'll be the connective tissue between the CEO and the rest of the organization. This is not a role with a rigid structure and predictable days. It's a role for someone who sees the gap, closes it, moves on, and who finds genuine satisfaction in making an exceptional leader more effective.

What You'll Own

Executive & Personal Support

Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end - proactive scheduling, conflict resolution, and protecting her time

Manage all travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary prep

Handle personal admin as needed - appointments, pickups, errands, and day-of logistics

Draft and manage communications, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is set up for every meeting

Serve as a trusted proxy - you'll often be the first and last impression people have of her office

Office Management

Be the boots-on-the-ground presence for the NY office

Help facilitate the onboarding experience for new hires: coordinate swag and other logistics

Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and day-to-day facility needs

Create and maintain an environment that reflects the company's high-performance and welcoming culture

Company-Wide Admin & Events

Plan and execute one company-wide offsite per year - venue sourcing, logistics, programming, and on-site management

Coordinate cross-functional admin projects as the team scales

Own special projects as they arise - this is a role for someone who leans in, not waits

About You

5+ years supporting a C-suite executive or Founder, ideally in a high-growth startup environment is required

Proven track record managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities at scale

Experience planning multi-day events or offsites for 50+ people

Comfortable with personal/lifestyle support

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and travel management platforms

NYC-based and available to be in-office at least four days per week

Why Join Tribe

Work at the center of one of the most consequential moments in technology and help build the internal infrastructure that lets us operate at scale

Operate alongside world-class engineers, strategists, and practitioners who hold themselves to an unusually high standard

Direct partnership with leadership - your work will be visible, your impact will be real, and your opinions will shape how we grow

High-growth environment where ownership is real and the work is never routine
