The Role

Kyndryl Site & Customer Experience Ops Associates play a critical role in delivering successful projects and programs to our Kyndryl customers. We support our customers’ transformation visions through the delivery of many interconnected, related experiences. Each one of these experiences needs to deliver the intended outcome.

As Site & Customer Experience Ops Associate at Kyndryl, you will provide support for one or more experiences at a time, often working within a project office environment, to deliver successful experience outcomes to your customer.

What you will do

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer events including site preparation and logistics

Translate experience objectives into plans with defined audiences, goals, timelines, and success measures

Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, support, and offsite experience needs

Partner with campaign, content, and digital teams to align messaging before, during, and after events

Support planning and follow up activities to ensure each experience drives measurable engagement and pipeline contribution

Track experience performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning

Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps

Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all events

Required Skills and Experience

Experience supporting or delivering customer events or experiential programs

Ability to manage multiple event workstreams at the same time using clear plans and priorities

Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver experiences on schedule

Comfort working with event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and follow up actions

Strong attention to detail in logistics, timelines, and execution

Ability to document plans, outcomes, and learnings in a clear and structured way

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • MS Project or other Project Management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience supporting customer events in a B2B environment

Familiarity with virtual event platforms and registration tools

Experience collaborating with sales or demand teams on post event follow up

Background in hospitality, customer experience, site operations, communications, or a related field

Basic IT knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 Platform

Organization and planning skills

Teamwork with “one team” philosophy

Facility Operations

The compensation for this position is $77,000 based on a full-time schedule. The pay or salary range is not below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
