Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards, even when faced with conflicting design requirements and difficult coordination requirements..

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and subject matter experts to integrate and optimize electrical systems across projects, provides estimates and task schedules, conducts design reviews.

Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and serve as a technical resource for junior engineers and team members.

Industry Knowledge Management: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive differentiators to inform engineering strategies and decisionmaking.
