Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies aligned with the global product strategy for the assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency through appropriate product knowledge and training.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Colombia . Main stakeholders are busducts, motor control centers, and low-voltage panel boards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Ensuring efficient marketing activities and a strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
• •Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• •Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement
• •Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
• •Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
• •Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
• •Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.

Qualifications for the role

• •You enjoy working with installers, panel builders, and end users.
• •You have at least 5 years of experience working with busducts and low-voltage panels.
• •Possess an enhanced knowledge of low- and medium-voltage products.
• •You are passionate about technical activities, marketing, and sales.
• •Degree in electrical engineering
• •You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English.
• •You hold a current professional license valid in Colombia.
