The Mechanical Development team designs the drives, structural parts, and peripherals of our robots. From first concept to manufacturing-ready drawing, this is where lightweight, precise, and series-ready components come to life.

Your mission & challenges

You develop compact, highly integrated electric machines for our robotic drives – from sizing to series release.

Designing and integrating electric machines (rotor, stator, housing, bearings)

Collaborating with electromagnetic and thermal simulation during sizing

Creating manufacturing-ready 3D models and drawings

Building and supporting prototypes, samples, and tests

Coordinating with suppliers on manufacturing and winding technologies

What we're looking for

Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics

Experience in the design or development of electric machines

Understanding of electromagnetics, thermal behavior, and manufacturing processes (stamping, winding, potting)

Confident use of 3D CAD

Hands-on mentality and quality awareness
