Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to work at Red River Army Depot in the Texarkana, TX area .

A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide design, development, and assessment of electrical and electronic systems supporting ground vehicle platform requirements.

Support systems involving electricity, electronics, electromagnetics, radio waves, cellular communications, and data communications.

Support both wireless and wired communication and transmission technologies.

Evaluate electrical and electronic systems to ensure they meet ground vehicle platform requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electrical and electronic systems used in ground vehicle or similar platforms.

Knowledge of wired and wireless communication technologies, radio frequency (RF), cellular, and data transmission systems.

Experience/Skills:

Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, system design, development, or assessment.

Knowledge of electrical, electronic, electromagnetic, RF, cellular, and data communication systems.

Education:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Clearance:

Active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required.

Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.

Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’s Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
