Electrical Engineer, High Voltage

• This role leads the technical execution of high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems across utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.
• You will own critical engineering decisions from early development and interconnection through financing, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• The position combines substation and collection system design, power system studies, field troubleshooting, testing, and reliability engineering.
• You will work closely with EPCs, engineering firms, utilities, ISOs, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure.
• A key part of the role is diagnosing complex system events and turning root-cause findings into targeted upgrades, retrofits, and performance improvements.
