We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Puerto Rico’s electric system , including aerial and underground installations . The ideal candidate will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects involving electric lines, substations, transformers, and related infrastructure. Applicants must currently reside in Puerto Rico to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist in coordinating all phases of electric utility construction projects.
• •Support the installation and replacement of underground and overhead electric cables and poles.
• •Help manage transformer installations and electric line maintenance activities.
• •Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• •Facilitate communication between engineers, contractors, and field crews.
• •Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with regulatory and safety standards.
• •Conduct site visits and assist in resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• •Minimum 3 years of experience working within Puerto Rico’s electric infrastructure , including aerial and underground systems.
• •Must be currently residing in Puerto Rico .
• •Strong organizational and communication skills.
• •Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.

Preferred:

• •Experience supporting projects for PREPA or LUMA Energy .
• •Bilingual in English and Spanish.
