Support the cell leader in creating a safe, qualitative, on-time and efficient production conditions assembling Aeroderivative Gasturbine powerplant units

What you’ll do

Short term

Track the daily operation of production and explores the risks to safety, quality, on-time delivery and efficiency and propose improvement actions and execute them

Long term

Analyse the risks to safety, quality, on-time delivery and efficiency and propose improvement actions and execute them

Solve daily technical / technology related production issues on Shop floor

Lead productivity improvement / cost saving projects assigned by the Cell Leader

Implement productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives

Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes.

Implement COQ actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives

Support the execution of the viable operator suggestions (Kaizen ideas)

Monitor/organize required trainings and qualifications of operators

Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area, and warn the violators

Participate in LEAN initiative, support AWO actions to completion

Daily monitoring of manufacturing processes on the Shop, to assure that operators are following the given processes

Monitor critical enablers used in production (tools, fixtures, machines etc.). Collect and evaluate requests, equipment related improvement opportunities. Manage ordering, Support implementation

Participates in Indirect material specifications / tests

Active participation in performance appraisal of the Shopfloor operators

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Electrical engineering degree (BSc/MSc)

Experience in mechanical industry (Power plant, aero driven or energetic skills preferred)

Good English and Hungarian language knowledge is must

High awareness of safety (EHS)

Team player behavior, open minded and energetic personality,

Able to work with office automation (Word, Excel, AutoCAD or equivalent)

Willingness to work in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment

Willingness to undergo further professional training and to work independently
