Electrical Supervisor - 100% Travel

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely execution of electrical installation projects on site. This role coordinates both in-house and outsourced work, performs quality checks, supports equipment trials, trains contract labor, and provides clear reporting to project managers and customers. This position requires extensive travel, hands-on involvement, and adherence to Dematic standards.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88,500 - $118,00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role:

Ensure installation quality on project sites, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.

Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified .

Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.

Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.

Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers.

Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.

Write clear, concise, and timely trip reports according to Dematic procedures.

Identify and resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50 lbs ).

What We are Looking For:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.

Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.

Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.

OSHA 30 certification required .

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on-site.

Proficient with personal computers, spreadsheets , and weekly status reporting .

Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.
