About the role:

You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew, ensuring our clients’ facilities are maintained to a high level. Workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventive Maintenance works.

About you:

Electrical Trade qualified.

NZ Electrical License ‘no limits’ (Electrical).

Good knowledge of electrical testing.

Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s license.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
