JOB OPENING

We are seeking a full-time Electronic Assembler to join our growing Production team, which builds state-of-the-art wireless products. This role is primarily responsible for assembling, performing final testing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is motivated, quick to learn, and experienced in a range of electronics manufacturing functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• •Assemble complex electronic modules, multilayer harnesses, and system-level builds in accordance with drawings, wiring lists, bills of materials (BOMs), and revision-controlled documentation.
• •Perform high-precision soldering, miniature component assembly, and detailed cable routing.
• •Independently perform all aspects of electronic and electromechanical assembly work while maintaining high-quality workmanship and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• •Assemble, test, and package products utilizing hand tools, pneumatic drivers, and computerized equipment.
• •Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• •Perform basic inspections of incoming electrical and mechanical components to verify quality and compliance.
• •Help maintain and update production documentation.
• •Follow company electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures to protect sensitive components.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required job skills, experience and education include:

• •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• •At least 5 years of experience in electronics assembly.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• •Proficient in reading, interpreting, and following prints, diagrams, written and verbal work instructions, and other relevant production documentation.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• •Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers for product assembly.
• •Computer proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is highly desirable.
• •Certifications in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 is preferred.
• •Experience with computers, wireless (RF), or software-based products in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• •U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
