Electronics Process Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions.

Main Tasks

• •Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
• •Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
• •Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
• •Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
• •Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
• •Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
• •Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.
• •Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.
• •Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.

Requirements

• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
• •Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• •Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
• •Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
• •Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• •Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.).
• •Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability.
• •Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files.
• •Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar.
• •Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts.
• •Fluent in both French and English.
