For our Helicopters Division we are looking for Technology & Innovation Specialist.

Site: Cascina Costa di Samarate (Varese)

• Reporting to Technology & Innovation (T&I) Roadmaps within R&D, the candidate will support the development and execution of Divisional Product & Technology Innovation Plan.
• This role offers the successful candidate exposure to edge technology developments across different areas (such as AI, Autonomy, Electrification, Advanced Materials…) with a comprehensive view over Division’s roadmaps and future developments, within an international environment.

The main activities are the following:

• •Developing the Helicopters Division’s Product & Technology Innovation Plan (PTIP), in coordination with other Division departments, and with Leonardo Corporate;
• •Governing the execution of Innovation Management process through the collection and prioritization of Technology & Innovation initiatives and related harmonization / integration within the Divisional Product Technology & Innovation Plan (PTIP)
• •Coordinating the establishment and implementation of the Division’s technological roadmaps, with the support of senior technical managers, subject-matter experts and other relevant stakeholders (internal and external) liasoning with all division’ functions across Geographies (IT, US, UK, DE, PL);
• •Developing and coordinating internal T&I network
• •Contributing to and/or managing specific T&I projects;
• •Supporting design and implementation of activities aimed at improving T&I Culture & Education across the Division, and guarantee T&I support to internal and external Communications.

• •Technology savvy and keen on knowing the latest advancement in the innovation sector
• •Solid analytical skills
• •Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, ppt, power BI is a plus)
• •Fluent English both written and spoken

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with innovation management processes, knowledge on budgeting, cost control analysis & planning, systemic view, strategic thinking, previous experience in aeronautical world or technical environment, knowledge of external funding framework of research.
